Your VA records assigned tasks, time spent on their completion and other important details. You can access and edit this document any time you want. Alternative methods of work monitoring are acceptable and negotiable.

What is the hourly price if I need a short-term support?

Our packages are flexible and affordable starting from 20 hours per month. The final price depends on contract duration, hours used and languages applied. Please, contact us for a customized offer.

 

What timezone are you in and what hours are you available?

Our services are offered worldwide provided that required working hours correspond to normal business hours (Monday to Friday  9:00 – 18:00 CET). Conditions of working early mornings, nights and weekends have to be stipulated and agreed in advance.

 

What methods do you prefer for communication?

We are flexible and ready to engage over any channel that is convenient for a client. Most of all, we communicate via email and Skype.

Are you willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement?

We would prefer to have a non-disclosure agreement with our clients.

What is the cost for your services? How is payment set up and done ongoing?

The cost of our services depends on several factors: time engagement, contract duration and languages in use. We require 50% down payment prior to a VA get started. You will be sent an automated invoice each month for the specific sum of money.

 

What kind of software and office equipment do you have?

All our VAs use laptops, Google Suite and ensure high speed Internet connection for the most effective work. We are curious about modern and efficient digital tools that streamline the workflow.

 

What happens when my assistant quits / is sick / is on vacation?

In case of unavailability we will inform you about it in advance to guarantee a smooth transition. When a VA is sick or on vacations, we will cover her absence with our internal resources. If an assistant quits, we will assign you another previously agreed on assistant.

How do your payment terms look like? Do you accept credit cards? Paypal? Bank Payments?

We accept bank payments, as well as payments done through credit cards, PayPal, Payoneer.

How are assistants assigned?

VAs are assigned based on specific project requirements. We suggest you the VAs with the right skills, knowledge and experience. Relevant CVs will be sent to you for a review before an interview. You will have an opportunity to interview as many VAs as you need to make the right decision. This procedure has proved successful through years of cooperation with our clients.

What happens if it’s not a good fit?

In case you are not satisfied with the work of an assigned VA, you can reach our VA manager and discuss the issues you have. We will do our best to find the solution and make our cooperation pleasant and productive.

Can I interview my prospective assistant first?

As soon as we get your request for the VA services, we will send you a CV of a prospective assistant and schedule a call for an interview. During this call you have an opportunity to assess the skills and knowledge of a VA as well as tell more about your requirements.
